Michael brings decades of corporate experience, sustainable business knowledge, and passion for nature and sport to help organizations achieve better outcomes. Working for some of the world’s largest marketing agencies, Michael has consulted for brands across industries to help them innovate their business models, product portfolios, and marketing strategies. Over the past 10 years he has gained regulatory, scientific, engineering, and leadership knowledge and experience in sustainability and ESG to help deliver positive impact across consumer, business, and policy areas. Michael was raised in the US, lived 30 years in Asia, and now is based in Switzerland. He is a graduate from technology and sustainability programs at MIT and Cambridge and is GRI certified. Michael is a vegan endurance runner, ski mountaineer, cyclist, and adventure racer.
Anik Tremblay
Principal Consultant​

Anik brings over 15 years of international experience and expertise in ESG advisory, circular economy, and sustainable supply chain. Anik worked as a Sustainability Consultant for KPMG as well as in-house for a global technology company. She has supported clients with carbon traceability and other ESG actions. She also has extensive experience in international project management. She speaks four languages and has lived and worked in Canada, Malaysia, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Hong Kong, and Switzerland. She is a graduate from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Anik has a deep passion for circularity in sport. As an endurance athlete and mountain lover who wants to keep enjoying the outdoors, Anik aims to create a positive impact and value for businesses, society, and the environment.
